We have also included contact details for local groups and national organisations that you can turn to for help, if needed, during the current cost of living crisis we are all facing.

November 30 marks the 20th anniversary of Blaenavon achieving World Heritage Status, and to celebrate, the Council’s 2020 photography competition will have a World Heritage theme.

An endangered bird species will hopefully be making a comeback in Blaenavon, thanks to a Town Council project to try to increase their habitats.
