Education: 

St Peter’s Primary, Abersychan Comprehensive, Usk College, Ebbw Vale College, Liverpool Hope University and Ammanford College.

Employment: 

Currently employed as a support worker at Green Valley Care, Blaenavon. Worked with children in the care system with challenging behaviour for 12 years.

Previous jobs: Blaenavon Workmen’s Hall Cinema and the Co-op.

Family: 

Married with five children and one Border Collie dog.

Hobbies: 

Former player with Forgeside, Blaenavon and Garndiffaith Rugby Football Clubs and former junior rugby coach at Forgeside; supporter of Pontypool RFC and watches the club regularly with Dad and two sons.  Also a football fan; keen interest in Welsh history, particularly Owain Glyndwr - a member of the Owain Glyndwr Society; member of Plaid Cymru.


Achievements: 

First ever Plaid Cymru councillor elected to Blaenavon Town Council; first of family to go to university; represented town at rugby and football; selected to run for Gwent in numerous cross-country events as a teenager.
